Background: Fuuka was raised very delicatly as if she was a snowflake. Her mother was very protective and nurturing of her daughter. She discovered as a child that she had the ability to see angels as well as control snow. She loved being with her aunt and uncle. She had a very happy childhood.Elsa remembering how she was, kept Fuuka locked away in her mountain castle, afraid that people would bring harm to her daughter. Yet she also respected her for the beauty she had within, just wanted to be protective. Fuuka loved her mother and loved being around snow and ice. 

When Fuuka was ten she decided to follow her aunt and uncle and their nephew out of the palace one day and somehow met a village girl. Who tried to follow her. The two became friends and when she showed her her powers the girl did become mean to her, but shortly after Fuuka shared the kindness within her heart. They became friends again and Elsa decided that she made the same mistake as her parents and decided that her daughter could have friends other than her cousin.

When Fuuka first arrived at the school, she was a bit overwhelmed being one of the royalty, but soon discovered that she found comfort in the library where she could be alone and have some peace. She hid away her powers afraid that people might not accept her like her mother. She loved the school. Having a chance to learn new things and having a chance to make some friends. Some people still stuff her in a closet.

How they got into Auradon Prep (if the character is a student): Her mother discussed things over with the principle and she was admitted.

Personality: Fuuka is very shy and timid, but she is friendly and values friendship very highly. She is very quite. She loves computers, technology, snow, and ice. She is really sweet to those who get to know her. She loves classical music and books as well. 

Pet: Rosa (a polar bear), RaRa (a pony that was given to her by her mother), and a snow boogie, named Sweetie
