Dipper and Mabel had been wondering around the forest for hours. While Dipper made marks on the map that he held between his hands Mabel was making sure they were heading to the right way. “You said North, right?” she asked as she looked up to the sky between the trees as she tried to guide herself. Dipper nodded and bit the pencil as he double checked his notes.
“According to this we should be near the limits of the school.” He said coldly. Mabel jumped behind him and read the map.
“How far?”
Dipper was about to answer when he heard something move around them. Mable heard it too and immediately took out her hook from her backpack. The twins stood silent as they waited, Dipper guiding him by the shadows that moved behind the trees while Mabel tried to recognize the kind of animal that was surrounding them.
“How many?” he asked.
Mabel opened her mouth to answer but then she heard a distincting growl. “Wolves.” She hissed and then she shoot missing by centimeters away from the animal.

["What are you two doing in our territory?!", Sakura spoke in telepathy, she appeared out of the shadows as she growled in her wolf forme, her tail sticks up. "Are you here hunting for my family?!". Ritsuka appeared as well, his jet black fur gleams along with Inuyasha's. Ritsuka was the youngest, Inuyasha was the oldest. Golden eyes narrow and he growls, ttelepathy as well. "Listen, you two shouldn't be out here. We're wolves!"
"We wolves bite..." Ritsuka said in response as he shook his head. "This part is... our home... our.. birthplace. To be safe from humans."]

The twins stared at the wolves in disbelief as they heard their voices inside their heads. Mabel pulled the trigger of her weapon and the hook returned to the device.
"Okey." She whispered as she looked back at his brother that was glaring at the animals. "Don't make something stupid." She knew her brother and how boiledhead he could get when people threatened.
"Okay, first of all. I can see you are wolves so why don't we pass over the obvious." Mable rolled her eyes, this was going to be bad. "And second, we weren't bothering anyone. You were the ones that scared us so we have the right I defend us against threat. Yisus!" He said the final part as he moved dramatically his hand over his head.
"But most important we were already leaving." Mabel tried to pull his brother away from the three animals when a growled made her stop.

[Inuaysha was growling, incase something happened. But Sakura calmed him down by nodding. "Just remember." Sakura said in telepathy, as she sat down with a glare. "Wait..." She stops walks over to Mabel and Dipper, sniffing them for a few things. She then asked silently, "You two are not... Not hunters, right...?". Ritsuka walked over to Mabel and sniffs her and then Dipper. He also spoke through telepathy, "Huh... They smell like humans, but not hunters, Sakura...". Ritsuka looked at Mabel and licks her hand softly and nuzzles his head against her palm. Inuyasha growls at his two siblings and Sakura growls at Inuyasha, "INUYASHA, QUIET!" She looks back at Dipper and Mabel. "Let them pass... They wouldn't harm a wolf...". Ritsuka blinked and looks back at them.
"I feel that, too." Ritsuka tilts his head, his tail sways softly. Blue eyes soften, "But they seem harmless. Don't they? I mean..." Ritsuka was interrupted by Inuyasha's growling. Inuyasha would try to leap toward the twins, but Sakura pushes him down and growls with a dangerous snarl. "INUYASHA! STOP, RIGHT NOW!", success as Inuyasha sighs and sits down with a serious look on his face. Sakura looks at Mabel and Dipper. "Are you two starving or thirsty after walking...?"
Inuyasha gasped, "Sakura, you can't be serious..."
Sakura glared at Inuyasha and licks Dipper's hand and nuzzles it, and begins walking to their home. "Follow me." Ritsuka begins walking but stops, looking at Mabel with ocean blue eyes and wags his tail. "Yeah, I'll make sure my eldest brother keeps piped."]

Mabel and Dipper looked at each other amazed and partly scared with the sudden change from the wolves. While the younger two were treating them nicely the oldest one seemed annoyed by their prescience.
"Ammm thanks. We are fine." She finally put away the hook and with her free hand she held Dipper's hand. "We were just wondering around."
Dipper was staring at the youngest wolf with curiosity. "I am sorry to ask you but..." He stopped at half step and pulled Mabel closer. It could be a trap. "What are you?"
Mabel blushe at the outburst. "Dipper!' She scolded him. "Don't be rude." And turning to the wolves Mabel smiled widely at them. "We haven't introduced ourselves properly. My name is Mabel and he is my bother Dipper." And then turning at her brother she glared at him. "That is how you make a conversation you twat."

[Inuyasha sighed and looks away, as his tail flicks. "I'm Inuyasha." He looked at Sakura as she tilts her head. "Sorry the rudeness of Inuyasha, Mabel and Dipper. I'm Sakura, and this is my younger brother, over there, Ritsuka. He's the Alpha of this pack." She smiled softly, and nuzzles Dipper's hand and Mabel's, as well. Ritsuka's ears lower as he sits in front of Mabel and Dipper. "Heya...", Inuyasha rolled his eyes golden eyes. "Yeah, even though I'm the oldest.."
Sakura shook her head, her tail sways softly. "Anyways, you two want a drink from our pond? Don't worry, it's always fresh and never dirty. It's always pure." She grins at Inuyasha, and Inuyasha sighs and looks away again. "Yeah, yeah...".
Ritsuka chuckled and looked at Mabel, blue eyes soften as his tail wags.]

(Sorry for not answering before)
Dipper and Mabel followed the wolves in complete silence towards the pond. Mabel to amazed by the fact that she was getting so many friend in that little time while Dipper was more curious about the way the wolves were comunicating with them. When they got to the pond Mabel instantly fell on her knees and after taking her bottle out of her bagpack she put some water in it.
"So, you guys live out here? In the wild?" Dipper asked as he sat down next to his sister. "In the wild?"

["You could say we hide from hunters and enemies..." Sakura mumbled, looking at Dipper and Mable sadly. "You see..." Soon, Inuyasha grumled and slaps the water with his paw angrily. "It's your fault Mother left for months now."
Sakura's ears lower and sighs. "Right.. Always me at fault." She growls at Inuyasha, soonto hear him say, "Shut your wolf dog breath trap, willya?" Sakura whimpers and walks off to drink some water.
Ritsuka whines and sits besides Dipper. "You cab say... We're "broken", but protect eachother still... I guess...". He sighs and lays his head on Dipper's lap, soon on his back.]

Dipper and Mabel looked at each other confused. "But you don´t go to school?" asked Mabel looking at Sakura. It seemed Inuyasha didn´t look pleased by their presence. "I mean, I can see you are wolves but you can talk, sort of, so you shouldn´t be needing to hide." she couldnt help to feel bad for those three brothers. At the island his brother and she were forced all the time to hide from the bigger bullies but they always had their dad to look out for them.
Dipper on his side was looking down at Ritsuka a little bit taken off by the proximity of the kid but decided to let it go for now. He was too comfortable (and scared to bother the trio) to move him away.

[Ritsukalooked at Dipper with eyes that read, "pet me?". He trusted Dipper a bit. Sakura looks at Mabel and nods. "We go to school. But we don't... exactly, you know, feel safe sometimes...".]

Dipper stared at Ritsuka for a moment and then started rubbing softly behind his ear not sure if he was doing that correctly. "That doesn't make sense. Why would you feel unsafe there more than here?"
Mabel rolled her eyes at the nonempathic answer of his brother. "Dipper, remember what we talked about having a little bit of touch at saying some stuff."
Dipper groaned. "Sorry but I can't be empathic with stuff that I dont understand, like how are them talking to us." He answered to his sister and then turned to Ritsuka. "With no offense,"

["Telepathy." Inuyasha responded as he looked at Dipper and Mabel, and he raises an eyebrow to see Dipper rubbing Ritsuka's ear. He wanted to growl, but he stops. "Just... Don't hurt him.", Ritsuka wags his tail and blinks. "Brother, he isn't hurting me."
Sakura sighed. She jumps into the water and howls, before shifting into her human forme. Her pink hair flows in the wind, her emerald eyes soften and she looks at the two.] We are hunted because we are children. Wolf children... [She said before she twirls around and shifts into a wolf again. Ritsuka closed his eyes and nodded. "Yeah..."]

Mabel jumped back scared at the shifting and Dipper immediatly stood up and covered her sister from the pack. They weren´t used to magic and the only shifting magic Dipper ever knew was Yzma´s and it was no good. "Okay..." he whispered as he peeked at his sister and then at the wolves. "Okay" she repeated.
"Can you all do that?" Dipper asked with caution. Mabel sighed pulled his brother to her side.
"What he meant..." she said remarkind the word mean. "is that if we could see you in your human form... if you don´t mind." she said that last part looking at Inuyasha.

[Inuyasha shifted and his golden eyes narrow. Ritsuka shifted as well, his violet soften as he looked at Dipper and his ears lower against his head. Sakura shifts back and sighs.] Our human forme.. We don't show often when we're wolves... [Ritsuka nodded and lowers his head down. Inuyasha looks at Dipper and Mabel, and his ears twitch.] i mean it, if he trusts you two.. Don't break it. Because we still are not sure.. [Sakura looks away.] We are all insecure. But you two... are different.

Mabel and Dipper looked at each other, she touched by the gesture and Dipper a little bit taken back with the vote of confidence.
"We will do our best." Mabel admitted. She knew little about trust. He was only loyal to his brother and his brother was only loyal to Yzma. This kind of trust was somehow strange for both of them. "And we are glad you find us suited for your trust."
Dipper on his side, was inspecting all the reactions the wolves had around this new revelation. The two oldest seemed tense while the younger one, Ritsuka plainly seemed uncomfortable, scared. "You are an alpha, right?" he said to Ritsuka with seriousness on his voice. "Never drop your eyes, show the world you are not scared of it and the world will believe that, even if you are insecure."
