I just thought I would ask this because i think it is something that should be covered. What do you all think about people playing their own love interests? Are you against it? Or are you ok with it as long as its done well? I am curious because i know quite a few rps that do have their own love interests. Say someone in this rp wanted to play their own love interest? Would you as a player be ok with it?

I am actually curious about the whole Love Interests thing since I never experienced being in love or having a boyfriend since my parents prohibited me. I do want to know what to do when there is a love interest...

I think this could be okay (and probably fun) so long as both participants know what is happening and they are okay with it. Basically, if it is consensual and both are comfortable then go ahead and play with love.   |

I agree you can play your own love interest but make sure you ask because maybe the person has someone in mind for this rp :3

Do you mean two of your own characters with each other? I don't see how that could be a problem. It's not something that personally I would do but if you want to do that, I don't see why it would be an issue. They are your characters and you hold their futures in a way.

I'm not a mod so I might be wrong about this but if you guys are shipping your own characters together with each other, I don't think you should have to ask permission as they are your characters. They belong to you and it your choice what you do with them.
The only problem I can see is if too many people do this with too many characters as that could take out the element of collaboration within a roleplay. However if it is just a couple, I don't think it is or should be a big deal. Your characters are yours do to with what you wish.
