Backstory: Growing up in Enchancia, Nanami had a pretty okay life. Her father taught her magic and he hopes that she’ll take over as the Royal Sorcerer when the time comes. Cedric soon became too busy with his job over at Royal Prep teaching magic in order to teach her so he enrolled her at Hexley Hall where she was bullied because of who her father was and how he was considered not to be the best sorcerer. Nanami tried her best not to let them effect her or to think any less of her father, but their harsh words plagued her like a bad dream. That’s when Wormwood let her in on a little secret; her father at one time wanted to steal the Amulet of Avalor in order to take over the kingdom but due to his friendship with Sofia gave up his pursuit. Nanami focused all her frustration and resentment to one goal, to succeed where her father had failed.
How did they get into Auradon Prep: Once Cedric found out about Nanami being bullied, he decided to transfer her to Auradon Prep.
Personality: Nanami is really a sweetie; she doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. One moment she might be treating you and then next apologizing for saying such a harsh thing…she’s not really cut out to being a villain. But she’ll try; she never gives up on something if she really wants it. She likes being lazy and can be found curled up playing video games when she’s not practicing magic. She really does love her father, she’s mostly mad that he didn’t tell her about all this himself.
