Backstory: After the spell was broken, Cogsworth did decide to go into early retirement, spending his days relaxing by the sea. It was there he started a family and raised his son, Kyoya. When Kyoya was old enough, he learned from his father how to be a butler and went off into the world looking for employment. He was hired by the Liddell family and was assigned to take care of Tamaki Liddell, son of Alice Liddell (of Wonderland fame). Kyoya over all likes Tamaki but find his excessive enthusiasm to be quite exhausting and at school, Kyoya is a member of he student council and keeps it running in tip top shape, but doesn’t like how Tamaki tries to use his position to get special privileges. Though what he dislikes the most is how Tamaki is in an arranged marriage. At the end of the day, they are each other’s best friends not simply because Kyoya is hired to take care of Tamaki but because Kyoya is the one who keeps Tamaki in reality.
How did they get into Auradon Prep: Had to go because Tamaki was going
Personality: Kyoya is a very strict person, liking to following the rules and holding others to the same principal. He’s a very grounded person, keeping a very calm, logical and detached persona at all times. He’s a good person who willingly will help others of his own free will but prefers to appear indifferent and cold. Kyoya suffers from Hypotension which causes him to black out at times, often when he has spent all his time studying non stop, Tamaki worries about him and makes sure that he takes study breaks.

Note: Kyoya is childhood friends with Yosuke, he was the one who was with Yosuke got curse and was also cursed, and he becomes a clock.
