Yukiko was walking through the locker hall trying to locate her locker. She finally found it. She walked up to it and started to place her books into it. She loved learning about things other than how to perfect her magical capabilities thanks to Madame, but she loved having the freedom that has been so long denied to her. She started to take out her book for one of the classes and somehow started to read through it. Her reading glasses, placed directly on.

Luckily, there was no class for a few hours. Chie needed to be sure that she had everything for her next class. And she wasn't the most organized, especially not out of all her siblings. Her eyes widened upon seeing who shared her locker row. It couldn't be? She hadn't seen Yukiko in years. "Yukiko?" she asked, hoping that it wasn't wrong.

Yukiko was deeply reading a spells on life magic. She heard a voice call her name. She looked up and saw a girl with brown hair. "Chie?" she asked. Her heart felt scared for a moment. She knew that she had only met a few people in her lifetime.

So it was her. Chie's eyes lit up like candles. "It is you!" Chie ran up to the girl who was her childhood friend. "I knew I recognized you from somewhere." She didn't mind if she was late to class or anything. Her friend was more important. "How are you?" It had been years since they had seen each other. Maybe more than that. All she knew was that Yukiko had been practicing magic

Yukiko put a smile on her face. She was so happy to see her childhood friend. It had been so long. "I'm doing okay." she said in her usual manner. "How about you? Are you still one of the strongest girls in Auradon?" she said. She raised her palm to her mouth and gave a little giggle. Remembering that bit of past that were good times.

"You know it!" Chie said, punching her open palm to prove her point. "No bully is going to beat me, and that goes for you too. If anyone comes to pick on you, you come to me." She was very serious, and did not want to have her childhood friend picked on, and if someone did hurt Yukiko then she would make sure that they paid in full blood.
"So are you still practicing magic?"

Yukiko giggled a bit. Glad to see that Chei was still the same old Chei that she remembered. She was very happy. "Indeed, I will." she said calmly. She then heard about her question of magic. "Yes. I mean, I have been keeping up." She was scared to show Chei her abilities.

"Come on, show me a little bit!" Chie meant Yukiko's magic, "All i have is my strength, and that's fine but i want to see something cool." She said, her eyes big and pleading. She would understand if Yukiko didn't want to show off her magic inside though, after all it wasn't like Chie to push her friend until no end.
"I mean you don't have to."

Yukiko blushed a bit, feeling a bit embarresed to do so. She didn't want to let Chie down. "Uhh... Okay, I'll show you something small." she said in sort of a fain whisper. She placed up her hands and put them clasped, so no one else can see. She created a little butterfly out of flames.

"Wow!" Chie's eyes were wide with delight and awe. She was jealous but proud of her friend. "That's so cool. You are amazing." She wanted to show her friend that the magic was alright and Yukiko shouldn't be ashamed of hiding it, not that Chie thought she was but it was always nice to have a friend's support

Yukiko blushed a bit. "Stop it, Chie. I'm not that amaizing. Your strength is far more amazing." she said in a shy manner. She was a bit proud of her abilities, but in truth they made her nervous at times.

Chie frowned a bit, but then smiled. "Yeah, well, we can both be amazing." The brown haired girl never really cared about being noticed. Well, not all the time, she wanted to be noticed or liked for her, not her strength. It wasn't really fair but she didn't want to put a damper on Yukiko's mood.
"So, are you heading for class?"

"I have a bit of a class sort of, if you want to call a club meeting a class in a bit. But other than that I am free." She pushed some of her hair out of her face to avoid it getting in her eyes. "It's interesting to see what kind of students have come here."
