Pyrrha walked into the gym as she grab her weapon in it spear form alongside her shield. She throw her weapon at the dummy as it hit the center of where what heart would be. Pyrrha use her powers as the spear when back into her hand.

Kyouko had been working out in the gym all morning. She was feeling the energy. She didn't have any classes for that morning and felt that it was better to stay in shape. After all, isn't that what her father, ever trained her for.
