Miskai entered to the big plaza with his skateboiar under his arm and his little kitten Oliver over his left shoulder. The day was perfect to spend it outdoors and what a better way to spend it by skateboarding. Even though he hadn´t found a good spot to do such, he decided the plaza would be a nice place to practice some new tricks. He put Oliver down next to the statue and after rubbing his belly he started warming up. “What do you say Oliver? Do you think I can finally get to do the trick?” The cat moved his head to the side and meowed softly. Misaki chuckled and started rolling around the place.

Rom had watched the boy with the skateboard with a bit of interest. Humans and their activities had always interested him, having never gotten to interact with humans even when on the Isle of the Lost, the would be "Evil Incarnate" was never really allowed to do so because of his mom. Now though, he had the chance to observe and interact.
Leaning against the statue, his blue orbs watched Misaki

Misaki was trying really hard to make the mortal flip he wasn't aware of the eyes staring at him. He took a hard impulse and jumped over a bench while he tried todo the trick. As the first 20 times he ended up falling making his skate drift some meters away. Oliver jumped from his spot and ran towards his owner to make sure he was okay. When Misaki looked up he found a shadow standing near the statue staring at him. "enjoying the show?"

Rom blinked a bit not really sure if his tone meant he was in trouble. "I was curious, I have never seen anything like that before." Great, now he sounded more nervous than ever before. It was something that he hadn't gotten used to. "I mean what you are doing, not the falling on your face."
Great. Things were going smooth, his first real interaction with a real human and it was going so badly.

Misaki chuckled at the muscular guy´s awkwardness. "Neh, don´t sweat it." he said as he stood up trying not to wince in pain. With one hand he picked up Oliver and with the other one his skate. "I was just practicing some tricks. There aren´t a lot of glood place around to skate but I do my best." he walked closer to the boy when he noticed a pair of cat ears popping from his head. Not used to be shy or stop himself from talking he asked abrumptly. "What´s up with the ears?" he asked but when Oliver scratched his wrist to remain him his manners he added. "Sorry, that was innapropiate. My name is Misaki and you are..."

Rom hadn't really thought about people noticing his ears, he knew it would be a matter of time. "The name is Rom," he said with a smile. "As for the ears, its kind of a genetic thing, like parent like son I guess you could say." Though he didn't want to get into the issue of who his mom was, it didn't matter. As far as Rom was concerned, his mom didn't even bother to care about him anymore. "A pleasure Misaki."

"The pleasure is mine." Misaki smiled at the boy watching him get a little bit more relaxed. Oliver, who was still being held, moved sliglty gaining Misaki´s attention. "And this is Oliver, my pet." the cat meowed happy to be acknowledge and immedialtly jumped to the floor to inspect the newcomer.
"So, have you ever skated." he said as he put the board on the floor and started moving it with his feet. "You seemed really interested on it a moment ago."

Rom shook his head. "Unfortunately, I never had the experience though it is interesting to watch." Rom had to admit so far he didn't see what his mom hated about humans so much, then again his mom never did want to know more about the humans other than their fears. "My mom never really let me try human activities, she isn't a people person."
However, his mom was not here. So maybe there was a chance he would get to try some of the fun things he had seen other kids doing aorund the campus.

Misaki raised an eyebrown at the comment. "Well, moms usually don't like their sons to have any interwxtions with me so I can relate to the feeling." He joked but passed the skate to the boy. "I could teach you but... I can assure you here Oliver is very interested in knowing about your non-humans activities." He said referring to the cat that he picked up. It was obvious he was interested in knowing but he couldn't let Rom know that. "So what if I teach you how to rock this skate and then we get to know each other?" He added with a mischievous smile on his face.

Rom paused and hesitated. There was some things he couldn't indulge in. He didn't mean to sound rude or anything about it. "There are some things i can't tell you right now, its not that I don't want to, its more of a family thing." His mom would kill him if he revealed that he was meant to be an Evil Incarnate.
"But sure I would like to get to know you."

Misaki smiled at him and then guided the boy to the center of the plaza. "Okay, deal." he made the boy put the skate on the floor and then he stepped on it but didn´t moved at all. "We have to see if you have balance." he jumped off it and shortly Oliver jumped to it and stood there like if he was standing in normal ground. "And if I take a hint by your ears you will absolutely manage to do this, right Oliver?" the little cat looked up to him and meowed in agreement.

Rom looked at the demonstration, and nodded. It sounded easy so far, and the comment with his ears made him smile. His ears and tail were enough to make anyone question just what he was. Human or animal but it didn't really matter much to him. "Alright, so just gotta jump and keep myself from falling off." he gave a small smile. "Sounds easy enough."

Misaki watched as the boy climbed to the skate. He seemed a little unsure at first so he stood near in case the boy fell on his butt, like most of the people when they got over a skate for the first time. He was glad to see that Rom had good balance. "It´s seems you may be good at this." then he held his hand towards him. "If you feel ready we can try movement."

Rom felt a little bit confused, so far he saw nothing bad about this activity, in fact it seemed like a good thing to use when excerising. "Movement okay." he nodded, the cat didn't want to come off as a coward, that would certainly draw his mom's attention to him. A child of Evil could not be a coward.
"Ready when you are."
