Sick and don't need help (Tag Ben)

Mal place the cover over her head as she couldn't believe that she got sick and today she and Ben where going on a date today. She hope that Ben would forget about the date today as she didn't what Ben to see her like this. Mal slide her hand out as she use her magic to closed the curtain's as the sunlight was hurting her eyes. She hear the small fire cracking as it held her dragon in to keep it warm.

As Ben heard that his girlfriend was sick on their date, he not only felt sad, but, also felt as though, he needed to take care of her right away. He was in his dorm-room all day cooking some soup for her, and felt as though this cooking would make her feel better. His soup was filled with vegetables and some chicken broth that he picked out from the grocery store. Luckily, he was able to pick those up and put them into his cooking and bring it right up to her. He knocks on her door with a bowl in his hand. "Hey Mal, it's me, Ben. I made you some soup to help you."

Mal was holding her head as it was started to pound. She pulled the cover over her head as she started to cry a little as she was use to being not care for as it was okay for their parent's not to take care of their sick child. She hear Ben voice at her door. "Go away Ben" said Mal as she didn't wait Ben to see her like it. "I don't need your help" said Mal as she hold the sheet over her tight.

As he looked through the keyhole, he could see her crying and pulling a cover on her head. He felt really bad that she was sick and seeing her cry made her heart shatter. As he saw her crying like this, he wished that there was something he could do to have her be smiling again. Still holding onto the soup in her hand, he knocks on the door again. "Mal, please, let me in. I really want to help you. I spent all day making this soup for you. I don't like seeing you sad like this." He said, with a sad look on his face, and tried to open the door.

She slowly sat up as she walked to the door "Alright only this once" said Mal as she unlocked the door. Her hands where shaking as she open the door as it was hard for her to do simple things today as she fell back into the near chair. "See I told you would you like seeing me this way" said Mal as she turn her head to the fire pit with the egg in it.

As he entered the room, he saw that the young woman was shivering, and he felt heartbroken to see her like this. He didn't like to see any of his friends sick, especially his girlfriend being ill, so, he did feel glad that he actually did something by making her soup. He carefully walks into the room with the hot meal and carefully places it onto her desk next to her bed. He sees another chair so, he can sit next to her and at least see on how she was doing. "Hey, how are you feeling? I don't like seeing you sick like this. That's why I made you some soup." He said, and gives her an air kiss. He hoped that she would feel better soon so, they could go on a date in the near future.

Mal turn her head as she looked at Ben. "Really got anymore dumb questions for me" she asked with anger as her eyes glow green for a second as she knew Ben care for her. "I'm sorry Ben" as she slow try to stand but fell back into the chair. "Ice cold, head hurting and can barely stand" said Mal as she started to rub her head as she wish this would go away as she try to grab his hand. "Carry me" she asked with puppy eyes as she need to be warm under her covers.

As he noticed that that she was feeling extra sick than usual, he did feel bad that he was not there originally for him to take care of her; He could tell that he was feeling worse than ever by her facial expressions when being on the bed. He could have been on their date right about now, but taking care of her was going to be the first priority before having some fun with her later on throughout the semester. By the question coming through her mouth, he could tell that she was not in a good mood for anything, including the soup that he made her. He did take a look in her green eyes, and he did take a step back because of the green eyes, but, as he remembered them on their dates, he did remember that face as it meant that she needed something right away, and that question about on how she was feeling was not a good one at all. He did give out a small sigh and looked into her eyes. "Well, that was a dumb question for me on my end, as I could tell that you are not yourself right now. I really need to get you better." He responded, as he scratched his head with a bit of embarrassment. He heard her apologize for her question, as he could tell that she did not mean it, and of course, he did care for her, a lot. He looked at her sweetly, and kisses her forehead in the most gentle way possible. "Hey, it's ok, Mal. I knew that you didn't mean it at all. I know that I am here for you." He cooed into her ear, with a soft smile. His facial expression, although still had deep care, was worried about her collapsing onto the floor, since she did look worse than original. He heard her symptom about her head being ice cold and worse, could not even stand; his face grew more concern, willing to have her go to the infirmary right away. He then heard her asking him to carry her to the bed, and so, that is what he did. He carried her to the bed and put on the covers onto the body. He then put the soup onto the side of the bed, and grabs a chair and sits down by her. "I'll stay here as long as you need me too, Mal. I'm here for you, always." He said, with a caring look in his eyes. Although this recover was going to be a giant battle, he needed to help her as soon as possible since he did not want her to get worse at all.

Mal looked at Ben as he carry her to the bed and cover her up. She moved her pillow to fit her head better as she grab his hand. "I don't know how you can love a girl like me" said Mal as she was more like her mother then she knew off. "Ben could you do something for me please" she asked as she need to take care of her baby dragon egg.

That look, that look that she was giving him, was giving him a sense of concern, as it was his duty to take care of her, right away. He hoped that she was very comfortable in her setting, and was able to absorb the warmth on her body. He saw saw that she was arranging the pillow to make sure that it was comfortable for her head, and he gave off a concerning smile, hoping that she would be ok in that position. "Need me to get an extra pillow for you, Mal?" He asked, with a concerned look on his face. He just needed to make sure that she was feeling fine before moving onto the next step in order to take care of her, like making her a cup of tea and cookies from the kitchen. As he was about to do something, like straightening up her blanket, to make sure that she was comfortable, he felt his hand being grabbed by hers and he looked at her with concern. "Hey, everything ok?" He asked, with a look of concern once again. He heard her comment mentioning on how he could like someone like her, and he was smiling at her, knowing that since day one of them meeting, he would always make promises to her that he would always stay faithful, always. "Well, as your boyfriend, I am here for you, Mal." He cooed inside her ear, and kisses his own palm to get to her forehead. He knew that in this condition, he would be extra caring for her. He then heard her asking for something, and he looked at her with a nod. "Of course, what I can help you with? Soup, tea, anything." He cooed again and looks down at her with a soft smile. Doing anything for her would always be in his honor.

"No my pillows are fine" she said as she look at him. "Well tea sound nice but I need to get the egg out of the fire pit and place it on the stand" she point to the stand over in the corner. "Be careful it hot and I bet your hand's can burn if you grab it with gloves" she grab her cover and pulled it over her shoulder.

He heard her saying that her pillows are doing just fine, which is a good sign of her being comfortable, and not being comfortable at all. He did look down at her, hoping that the coldness was quickly going away, so, she could at least feel the refreshed body temperature. He did give off a caring, sweet smile at her, as though he was doing everything right so far. "Glad that your pillows are fine, as they are." He replied softly, and gave her a small kiss on her head, feeling glad that so far, everything is doing fine. He then heard her mentioning that tea was going to be fine for her, as he wanted to try out a recipe for healing tea, hoping that can cure something. As soon as he was about to make the tea, he head her mentioning that he needs to take care of the egg right away before doing anything else, of course, the child was going to be important in this case. He didn't mind taking care of two wonderful things, which were the dragon egg and his girlfriend. "Gotcha. I will do that." He said, and he walked to the area on where the egg was, and it was by the fire pit. As soon as he got there, he heard her mentioning that he needed to put on gloves in order to take care of the egg before burning his own fingers. He puts on the gloves, and carefully takes the egg and puts it by the stand; as he was doing this, he was trying to be careful with the dragon egg, making sure that it won't accidentally go onto the floor. After putting it down, he walks right over to Mal, taking the gloves off with a look of calmness. He did sweat a little due to the heat coming to him, but the chore was worth it. "There you go, Mal. The egg is safety put in its place." He said, with a soft smile and caresses her head gently. He then goes into the cupboard to get out the ingredients to make the tea, making sure that he followed everything completely so, it will be a healthy taste. After a couple of minutes, he places the tea down on her stand and grabs a chair to sit down by her. "The tea is ready, please enjoy my dear." He cooed, with a soft smile, hoping that she would like the tea.

Mal careful him take the egg away from the pit to it stand as it was important for the egg get heat and coolness ever few hours. Mal watch him started to make the tea. "I guess your mother teach you how to do this" she asked as she sat up a little as he walked over to her. She lean her back deep into her pillow as Ben but her warm hand on her head. She grab the cup from the table as she toke a slip from it. "What is this tea" asked Mal as she wasn't use to having tea like this.

As he was doing his actions a couple of seconds ago with the egg, he didn't notice that she was there watching him, making sure that he was being careful with the egg. He had to make sure, as a potential parent that he had to make sure that it was in tip-top shape. He just needed to make sure that the baby was cool inside the egg to make sure that it was not overheated, so, the baby will come out safety. As he was putting the dragon egg away, he was looking at it once more before he made the tea for Mal, as he needed to make it taste good, of course. He just needed to make it as though it was a remedy related tea, to make sure that she was able to feel better after drinking it. He heard her comment about his mother teaching him on how to make the tea, and he immediately nodded, as of course, she did. Belle, throughout the years, did teach her children on how to make all sorts of remedy related teas, so, whenever one is in pain, one can drink or eat in order to feel better. Mainly the ingredients were chamomile, ginger, and mint, and other spices, which were mashed up together and stirred up in natural water to make everything taste good. He nods her head at the comment and looked back at her; "She did, indeed. Throughout the years, she had read up on all sorts of food to help people throughout Auradon feel better. She did want to be a nurse, but, doing that work and ruling the land of Aurdaon would be tough to do. So, she decided to teach us the natural way like using ingredients from all sorts of leaves and spices." He replied. He then saw her getting comfortable once again when being in the bed, and he immediately smiled, as she looked really comfortable. He then saw her drinking the tea, and heard her question on what kind of tea he made her; he felt honored to give her the answer to it. "Well, it does contain natural ingredients, which I wrote down on a piece of paper from mother." He said, and walked over by her, placing the recipe on a table so, she could read it carefully. "I do hope that you like it, otherwise." He said, with a small smile, having high expectations of the tea helping her.

"Sometime I think you have a great mother" said Mal as she wasn't use to drink tea. On the isle what you found you have to make something with and mot of them it wasn't good to eat but you have to eat it. "I do but it strange that you have all this here to make stuff that you like to eat and drink" said Mal as she toke other slip.
